Michael turned 10 months old yesterday. He couldn't be bothered to stop being silly/playing long enough for me to get a good picture though the 2 above do accurately display his mood most of the time! He's such a happy boy until mommy or daddy drop him off at Mother's Morning Out or the church nursery. We've definitely hit our separation anxiety phase! From what we hear he recovers quickly and is back to playing in no time. :)
He is really starting to form his own little personality though some in the family say it sounds familiar to them... I wonder who they're talking about!?! Though he looks like his daddy he definitely favors his mommy in the personality department. I frequently hear Mike tell him that he gets his drama from his mama.
Milestones this past month include: "cruising" around all our furniture, feeding himself table food (no more small jars of food for us!), holding his own bottle/sippy cup, and LOVING "Blues Clues."
Our little man definitely looks and acts more toddler than a baby these days. It's a hard transition for me in particular (ask Mike how often I put him to bed these days and come out of the nursery crying!), but we're amazed every day how smart and funny he is and can't wait to continue learning with him and about him. We love you little man!
